Hemp fibre comes from the stalk, not the flower. It is retted, broken and combed much like flax, and the cloth it makes behaves like linen — it creases, it softens with washing, and it gets better rather than worse over about a decade.
It takes roughly half the water of cotton to grow and needs no irrigation in most of Europe. That is a fact about the crop, not a claim about any garment on this page.
Totes, belts and straps woven from the same fibre.
Sheets and towels. Hemp gets softer every wash, which is the whole argument.
Jackets, shirts and workwear woven from the same fibre.
