Cancelling & refunds
Cancel anytime from Settings; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Cancel any time from Settings ▸ Plan & Billing → Manage billing, which opens your secure billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your PRO access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for, then you return to the free tier — nothing you made is deleted.
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made aren't refunded — cancelling ends future billing rather than refunding the current period. Full detail is in Billing & Refunds.
Payments are handled by Stripe on secure hosted pages; Hemp'in never sees your card.
