Insulation, blocks, boards and plaster made from the woody core of the hemp stalk. It insulates, it breathes, and it holds carbon in the wall.

Hurd mixed with a lime binder, cast around a timber frame. Not load-bearing — the frame carries, the hempcrete insulates and regulates.

The question a builder's merchant answers and a marketplace usually does not. Give it a wall and it gives you a quantity — then you can ask suppliers for exactly that.
