Every published company has a real public page. If one of them is yours, you can take it over.
The company directory is public — no account needed to browse it, and each published company has its own page with what they do, where they are, their places, their events and their catalog.
Open the page and use Claim this page. If the email address on your account is on the company's own domain, the page becomes yours immediately. Any other address — a personal one, or a domain we do not have on file — goes to a person who checks it. The claim page tells you which of the two will happen before you sign up, so use your work address if you have one.
Once it is yours you can edit everything on it, add a cover image, list products and services, and put your places on the map. Not your company, or something wrong on the page? Every public page has a link at the bottom to ask us to remove it — no account needed.
