Hemp'in is free to read and free to appear in, and it will stay that way. Supporters cover the part nobody bills for — the research behind 1,121 unpublished company records, the atlas, and the hosting under all of it.

Supporting buys a supporter tier from Hemp'in — a company, not a charity — so it is a purchase rather than a gift, and it is not tax-deductible. Cancel a monthly tier any time. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Where it goes
- Research. 1,121 companies are researched and unpublished because every field needs a source before it goes live. That work is slow and it is the reason the map can be trusted.
- The atlas. What is legal where, cited rather than asserted, across 237 countries.
- Running it. Hosting, email and the database that 1,190 company pages sit on.
Plainly: You are buying a supporter tier, not making a gift. It is ordinary revenue for the company behind the platform, and you get something small and real back. A separate non-profit vehicle is planned; if that changes, this page will say so and the wording will change with it.
What supporters get
- Named. On the supporters page, if you want to be. Anonymous is fine too.
- The build in the open. What shipped, what broke and what it cost — the same notes the team works from.
- Nothing gated. Support buys no feature and no ranking. The directory is free either way, and paying for placement would make the map worth less.
This is separate from HEMPIN PRO, which is the paid plan for professionals and unlocks features. Supporting unlocks nothing — that is the point of it.
